Terms And Conditions

I accept that this is a recurring plan that will renew after my cleanings are up, unless instructed for it not to be, before my last cleaning.

Our cleaning season lasts between 9 and 10 months each year from March to Early December. We do not clean during the months of January and February.

Scheduling & Service Timing

  • After you sign up, we will process your order in 3-4 and send you an exact service date.
  • Service is performed the day after your trash pickup.
  • No one needs to be home during service.

Can Placement & Access

  • Cans must be empty and accessible.
  • Acceptable locations include:
    • Curb
    • Driveway
    • Side of the house
  • Cans must not be locked away, blocked, or inaccessible.
If our technician arrives and the cans are not accessible or ready, service is considered attempted and completed.

Cleaning Season & Weather

  • Our regular cleaning season runs March through November.
  • December cleanings depend on weather conditions.
  • Weather Pending - January or February.

Weather-related delays will be rescheduled automatically and do not qualify for refunds,you will receive the cleaning.

Cleaning Limitations

  • Paint, hazardous materials, and non-household waste like food grease are not guaranteed to be fully removed.
  • We do not clean hazardous, chemical, or bio-waste.

Recurring Services & Cancellations

  • Recurring services require a minimum commitment of 2 months.
  • If you cancel before completing 2 months, the service will be charged as a one-time cleaning.
  • After the initial 2 months, you may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
  • Subscriptions automatically resume in March following the winter off-season.
  • All plans other than a one time cleaning are annual renewal, unless canceled

Payments & Billing

  • All services  are prepaid before service.
  • Payment methods must remain valid and on file, 3 attempts to update it before removed from the route.
  • All sales are final.

Missed Services & Refunds

  • If we arrive and are unable to clean due to:
    • Cans not being out
    • Cans still full
    • Inaccessible placement


Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion only.

Default Can Selection

  • If not specified at signup, service includes 1 garbage can and 1 recycling can.

Additional Items

  • Grease, paint and/or hazardous materials are not guaranteed to be removed during cleaning.
  • Signing up for a recurring service requires you to be signed up for 2 months minimum, wanting to cancel before that will result for the cleaning to be charged as a “one time cleaning”, any client looking to cancel after 2 months will have no cancellation fees whatsoever.
  • No bin swapping is allowed. Your garbage cans will get a sticker and that the same cans will be cleaned each visit.

Agreement

By scheduling service or enrolling in a plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

OPT IN CONSENT: By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing us to send you text messages and notifications. Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe to a message sent from us.

By providing your email address you agree that Natural Sanitations may send you email notifications, promotional material and other marketing materials. We will not share your email address, and will only use it for internal purposes. By providing your phone number, you agree that Natural Sanitations, may call you at this number. If this is a cell phone number, you agree that we may contact you, including pre-recorded messages and/or text messages, even if your cell phone provider may charge you for calls according to your current plan.
