I accept that this is a recurring plan that will renew after my cleanings are up, unless instructed for it not to be, before my last cleaning.

Our cleaning season lasts between 9 and 10 months each year from March to Early December. We do not clean during the months of January and February.

Grease, paint and/or hazardous materials are not guaranteed to be removed during cleaning.

Signing up for a recurring service requires you to be signed up for 2 months minimum, wanting to cancel before that will result for the cleaning to be charged as a “one time cleaning”, any client looking to cancel after 2 months will have no cancellation fees whatsoever.

No bin swapping is allowed. Your garbage cans will get a sticker and that the same cans will be cleaned each visit.
