1. We process your order and send you an exact date that we will be coming to service.
2. We come the day after your trash day.
3. We ask that the cans are left out and not locked away; the curb, the driveway, the side of the house, and more are all viable options!
4. No one has to be home.

* Our Cleaning Season Lasts from March to November. December cleanings will depend on the weather (We do not clean during the months of January and February)

* Paint and/or hazardous materials are not guaranteed to be removed during cleaning

* Signing for a recurring service requires you to be signed up for 2 months minimum, wanting to cancel before that will result for the cleaning to be charged as a “one time cleaning”, any client looking to cancel after 2 months will have no cancellation fees whatsoever

* Subscriptions automatically renew in March from last year

* If Natural Sanitation shows up to clean the cans and you aren't ready Natural Sanitation has the decision on refunding.

* If not specified 1 garbage and 1 recycle can will be your default options.
